Discovering what love is one day at a time
Can you think of a time that you have put your child to bed, that they have not needed a glass of water? When they are little, it seems like they are always thirsty. That last glass of water seems to be the answer to make it through the night, and into the light of the day.
Have you ever used a microphone and had it squeal at you or have the loud boom thing happen. It is called feedback; basically the microphone picks up the output sound from your speakers, and then re-amplifies it causing a loop. The loop is caused by the microphone picking up the original sound and it amplifies it again…and again…and again…and again until the sound cannot be amplified anymore, and something has to give. This feedback has the capacity to blow your speakers or amplifier. It is a serious problem even if it does not blow your amp or your speakers. It’s frustrating to those listening, and causes others to quit listening, or tune out because the sound is distracting, and sometimes painful to the ears.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for 22 years. We have two boys ages 18 and 13.. This blog is somewhat of a journal and attempt for me to keep a purposeful perspective on life as a whole.
